We provide refunds under specific circumstances to protect both the client and service provider:
If we fail to initiate or deliver the agreed-upon service within the defined timeframe, and no substantial work has started, you may request a full refund.
If the service provided is materially different from the project scope or specifications agreed upon, we will review the situation and issue a full or partial refund depending on the case.
Any duplicate or accidental charges will be refunded in full after verification.

Include your full name, order number, and a detailed reason for the request.
We will investigate and respond within 5 business days with a resolution.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, typically taking 5–10 business days.
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the issue by emailing support@qilze with the subject 'Refund Dispute'.
